Just a quick note to let people know that if your window gets broken by a golf ball like mine the first thing you have to do is go to the pro shop and fill out the paperwork and wait for somebody to come and take a photo of the damage.
The next step is to back to the pro shop to fill out the paperwork again as they will have lost it by then and also complain that nobody came to take the photo. You will then hear" we cant find the company camera" but they will take your number and promise to call you when they find it.
Next give it a few days and then return just to simply fill out the paperwork that they have lost for the second time and tell them that you want somebody out to take the photo the next day as you want the window repaired but cant do anything until insurance claim forms are finished with a photo.
Finally go into the shop in a really foul mood to find out that they have no record of any complaint or paperwork although its the same girl that you dealt with before.
In short...If you get a broken window, get used to it!
