My in laws have are in terrazas at the moment. They have completed on a penthouse property, got keys...been buying furniture etc etc. However they want to organise connection for the television..air con unit etc etc..and they do not know anyone over there that can do it. If anyone is reading this please would you be able to leave any details as i think they want to sort it out whilst they are still over there..they dont come back till sunday!! they are willing to ring you up or if you are over there to meet up with you to have a chat..
We are dealing with Alan Daly from Climazone for the air conditioning and he has been great. Polaris telecom are doing a deal for a digi box for a one off ( I think) fee of 180 + vat. The "TV on Terrazas" thread has all the details.
Electro regalos shop on main street in roldan sell ac and install, they are a family run spanish business and their customer service is superb, ask for laura as she speaks english. Tv they need to get the box from polaris, best to go down to their head offices on the c3319 and order it their as they arent very good at answering the phone!
You will actually be surprised at how good Polaris can be when you are buying something from them. On La Torre I have so far got the digibox, a wireless router for internet and a monthly internet contract all of which have been extremely efficent and installed when they said it would be done in each case. I have also found that the actual hardware has been very satisfactory to date (albeit I am now looking around for some wood to touch!)
As Sam says, Electro Regalos are excelllent - I bought my tv, white goods and aircon from them last year. Pretty good on price and service.
