I recently noticed that my direct debit for Gas had not been taken from my bank at the end of June and wanted to contact the Gas company, Gas Natural, to make sure I was not in arrears to avoid being cut off. From searching the forum I found an email contact at Gas Natural who had been helpful to residents in 2009,cnoain@gasnatural.com. This lady was kind enough to contact Resortalia asking them to tell me my account was no longer with Gas Natural.
Resortalia then emailed me with the new company contact details, HC Energia, 0034902860860, email atcliente@hcenergia.com.
The lady at the gas company was very helpful and took my bank details to set up the direct debit and collect the small sum I owed. I was absolutely delighted with the information available on the forum, the action at Gas Natural, Resortalia contacting me straight away and the service from HC Energia.
